Spring Pizza… Radishes, Butter, Maldon, Chives

May 5, 2014 by Chris

This grilled pizza recipe is our take on the French culture’s love of fresh radishes dipped in melted butter and sea salt. So easy and so good… you can serve it in less than 15 minutes if you’re all prepped up! Enjoy…

Make the Pizza…

Preheat your oven or covered grill to 475 degrees F with your pizza stone on the bottom shelf or on the grill grates.

Stretch the dough using a rolling pin if needed.

Remove pizza stone from oven… it will be hot… and roll out the pizza dough on top of the stone.

Brush with butter.

Top with radishes and brush with more butter.

Sprinkle Pecorino over all.

Cook for 10-12 minutes or until crust is browned on the bottom and the top is bubbly.

Sprinkle Maldon and chives liberally on top of the pizza.

Serve with more grated Pecorino to garnish and enjoy!
