About Just Simply… Cuisine Classes
Cooking class menus change daily and feature ingredients that reflect the seasons and our moods. Menu items are decided upon close to the day of class once we see what’s most enticing at the markets. Basic through advanced skill levels are addressed while a variety of kitchen skills and techniques are integrated throughout each session. No one know what we’re cooking… all we ask is if there are any food restrictions and we take it from there.
We cook fresh, local and seasonal. Classes cover all skill levels, last about 3 hours and include participation instruction, 3-4 menu items and Pellegrino with techniques and tips integrated throughout. We have a BYO vino format.
Seasonal Sign-Up Classes

Custom Classes
Our custom groups include friends, workplace staff, couples, neighbors, kids, birthdays and the like. Currently, we have several on-going custom groups meeting as often as once a month throughout the year. If you have your own group… email us to set up a class.
Please Note
Just Simply… Cuisine plans classes well in advance so if you should need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled class. If notice is less than 48 hours… make sure you send a friend in your place or pay for the space we’ve reserved for you.
We apologize if we should ever need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and will inform you right away to reschedule your class.
