“Just Simply… Cuisine Goes to Italy”
Is pleased to host an authentic dinner including an apertivo, primi, secondi and dolce made with selected recipes of the Mediterranean Diet of the Italian culinary tradition.
In from Italy, our special cook, Raffaele Calogero, will feature regional recipes and vines from Piemonte, Umbria and Campania in a cozy and intimate private setting. We will also dialogue about Italian cuisine and culture and share the latest information about our food tour travel projects.
